Introduction of Mail Servers
A mail server also is known as (Email Server) is a server that handles and delivers every incoming email over networks usually over the Internet users. A mail server can receive emails from client computers and deliver them to others mail servers. A mail server can also deliver emails to client computers too for example it serves as an electronic post office for email as mail exchanged across networks is passed between mail servers that run specially designed software. This software is built around agreed upon, standardized protocols for handling mail message and the graphics they might contain. A client computer is normally the computer where you can read those emails, for example, your computer at home, office and even school. Nowadays mostly all advanced mobile phone or Smartphone now has the ability to operate email and it can also be regarded as a client computer in these circumstances.
