Gender fairness has been a problem in society for the beginning of time

Gender fairness has been a problem in society for the beginning of time. In history, one can find numerous accounts of where females met issues of equity in relationships, education, career and sports opportunities. Women face sex equity issues as sportsperson and as sport supremacy officials. There is a absence of women in leadership places in sport due to the fact that sport is a gendered institute and that all courses operate within a hegemonic masculine standard.
There was a small room in south Delhi Re-settlement community of Madanpur. A women’s called a meeting , as women have been discussing issues faced by their daughter, major issue is facing sexual harassment by men’s in public spaces.
Some enthusiastic young boys from that community are fighting back. A person named Arvind kumar , monitor officer and young training for magic bus, who works with twenty seven thousand (2700) local kids individually established kickboxing classes particularly for the community girls. Participants went for session once in a week when classes are free and before school.
We will provide a platform i.e. boys & girls get training from the certified coaches of the particular sports and there would be no gender discrimination in it. Also will hire the professional women coach to maintain the gender equality and she will become role model for thousands of kids.
